Hi Ciara,I just wanted to let you know I think your I think your incredibly beautiful. I really admire your dedication and hard work towards your passion, it’s very inspiring. Over about six months I lost about 45kg and have managed to keep it off for two, but I have kind of hit a brick wall. I was just wondering if you could give me some advice as how to lean out. I have quite a lot of definition but need to lose the remaining fat. Thank-you very much

Moi je pense que la première chose à corriger c’est le temps que ça prend pour traverser la ville avec le transport en commun de même que la desserte. Quand tout le monde sera bien desservis et qu’on pourra traverser la ville rapidement et se rendre n’importe où à n’importe quelle heure, ce sera le temps de penser aux autoroutes devenues « inutiles ».

Very helpful list ,fears are Good.I have same thought that It’s normal to feel fear while attempting to make a change or entering into unknown. Fear is an indication that you are alive and trying to extent your limit.

I agree. My baby is 7 weeks old and the only time he’s only been out if the house during his nap time only a couple times. For my husband and I we are trying to do somewhat of a schedule and have him nap in his crib. If he falls asleep in his stroller or carseat while running errands he’s still put down in his crib when we get back. Because we’ve stuck to this he is having an easier time sleeping in his crib. To each their own I guess.
